Stella G. Cieslik Obituary (1937 - 2007)

Stella G. Cieslik, 70, of Pana, passed away Monday, August 13, 2007 at 8:25 a.m. in Pana Community Hospital. She was born July 16, 1937 in Grundy, Virginia, the daughter of Noah and Nancy Jane Reynolds Lester. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister to many. She possessed a deep love for family and gardening, and she found great joy in surrounding herself with beautiful flowers. Stella married Richard E. Cieslik on May 18, 1963 in Chicago, IL. She and Richard relocated to Pana, IL from Chicago, IL after their retirement in January 2000. Stella is survived by her husband: Richard E. Cieslik, Pana, IL; daughters: Sandra Schuldt, Pana, IL Merrietta Brady husband Thomas, Chippewa Falls, WI; grandchildren: Harry Bonea Adam Bonea, both of Pana, IL; Richard Bonea wife Chrissy, Hinesville, GA; Thomas N. Brady wife Bethany, Racine, WI; Christopher Brady, Lyons, IL; Katrina Ritchie, Chicago, IL; Angie Lee, Heilbronn, Germany, as well as several great grandchildren. Stella is also survived by her brothers sisters: Ruby Bennett, Paintsville, KY; Pricey Fuller, Big Rock, VA; Della Ruth Baker, Haysi, VA; Eliza Hill husband Earl, Haysi, VA; Edith Swinson, Rock Falls, WI; Louise Justice husband Morris, Grundy, VA; Virginia Porter husband Jeffrey, Tallahassee, FL; Carol Hall husband Roy, Grundy, VA; Elmer Lester wife Helen, Grundy, VA. She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Jane Lester; father, Noah Lester; son, Franklin Gary Ritchie; brothers: Reed Lester Lonnie Lester. Funeral Information Visitation was Friday, August 17, 2007 from 5 to 8 p.m. in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home. Funeral services were Saturday, August 18, 2007 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Allen Ebbler officiating. Burial was in Linwood Cemetery, Pana. Serving as casket bearers were Harry Bonea, Adam Bonea, Richard Bonea, Thomas N. Brady, Christopher Brady, Thomas E. Brady, and Jerry Laker.
