Patricia F. Crowe Obituary (1958 - 2021)

Patricia F. Crowe, 62, of Pana passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 in Kindred Hospital, Peoria. She was born August 2, 1958 in Pana, daughter of the late Harold & Shirley (Denton) Crowe. Patricia was a graduate of Pana High School. She then went on to serve in the U.S Army and upon her return, she attended Sparks Business College. She had worked in home health and had been a caregiver for her mom and brother. She had also worked for Hydrogear. She was a member of the Pana First Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed country music, riding motorcycles and being outdoors, fishing & mushroom hunting. She loved doing family history and her dachshund, Lucy. Patricia could get along with anyone, from her days in high school to the Army, days of motorcycle riding to having tea with the church ladies, she could fit in anywhere. Patricia is survived by her son, Kenneth Crowe (fiance Mary Prehoda), Pana, IL; sister, Kate Crowe (fiance Richard Gonzalez), Pana, IL and granddaughter, Shyla Little. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Dalton Prehoda and brothers: Donald Ray Crowe & Harold Edgar "Eddie" Crowe. Funeral services for Patricia will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. with Lila Chaplin officiating. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery with military rites by Pana Veterans Honor Guard. Visitation will be Friday from 12:00 p.m. until service time in the funeral home. Memorials in Patricia's honor may be made to Lung Cancer Research and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
