Imogene Lehn Obituary (1929 - 2015)

Imogene Lehn, 85, of Pana, died Sunday, March 1, 2015 in Memorial Medical Center, Springfield. She was born December 18, 1929 in Strasburg, IL, the daughter of Walter Willy Mildred Odessa Devore Washburn, deceased. Imogene was a graduate of Rosamond High School. She lived in Rosamond until she was married, and had lived the rest of her life on their farm in Pana. Imogene was a homemaker. She enjoyed cross-stitching, sewing, and had made many quilts afghans. She also loved vegetable flower gardening. She was also a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Pana. Imogene Washburn and Paul B. Lehn were united in marriage on September 2, 1948 in Pana. He preceded her on March 22, 1997. She is survived by children: William Paul Lehn wife Nancy, Pana, IL; Brenda Jean Bond, Orlando, FL; and Annette Sue Plants husband Kenneth, Pana, IL; 11 grandchildren: Kristi Dawn Maples; Joshua Paul Lehn wife Sierra; Brent Alan Bond; J. Nathan Bond wife Anna; Nicole Renee Adams husband Eric; Rebecca Sue House husband Brandon; Michael Ray Kiser; Gregory Paul Kiser wife Brooke; Jennifer Marie Cross husband Edward; Eric Kenneth Plants; Sarah Anne Plants; 15 great grandchildren: Haley, Marissa, Eli, Emma, Eliza, Winston, Emily, Lauren, Alyssa, Katie, J.R., Noah, Jadyn, Makenzie, Emma; and sister: Judy Griffith husband Danny, Girard, IL. She was also preceded by her son-in-law, James Michael Bond. Funeral Information Funeral mass will be held Monday, March 9, 2015 in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Pana at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Rodney A. Schwartz officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Pana. Friends may call on Sunday from 3-6 p.m. in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m.
