Hudson Michael Hazlet Obituary (2014 - 2015)

Hudson Michael Hazlet was born August 6, 2014 and gained his angel wings February 7, 2015. Hudson was the most laid back baby anyone could ask for. He had the most beautiful blue eyes that would melt your heart. He was a wonderful son, brother, grandson, and cousin. Even though he was only with us for a short amount of time, he was loved by all and will be missed greatly. Fly high Huddy Bear. He is survived by his parents: Kelsey Stokes and Tyler Hazlet, Taylorville, IL; big brother, Carter Henschen, Taylorville, IL; maternal grandparents: Tiffaney Battles, Pana, IL and Samuel Stokes, Nokomis, IL; paternal grandparents: Jason Barb Hazlet, Moweaqua, IL and Dawn Greg Hughes, Oklahoma City, OK; aunts uncles: Makaylynn Eakle, Jagur Battles, Thomas Stokes, Alexander Stokes, Phillip Wolford, Jr., Karrissa Wolford, Jacob Hazel, and Steven Nicholas; and his great grandmas, great grandpas; great aunts, great uncles, and cousins. Hudson is preceded in death by his Aunt Jessica, Great Grandma Great Grandpa Pygott, Great Grandpa Joe, Great Grandpa Tom, Great-Great Grandma Vivian Battles, and Great-Great Grandpa Rex Battles. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 12, 2015 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Tim Lusitana officiating. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery, Pana. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
