Fred "Ug" Murray Obituary (1932 - 2007)

Fred "Ug" Murray, 74, formerly of Pana and Tower Hill, died Sunday, February 4, 2007 at 12:45 a.m. in Mulberry Manor, Anna, IL. He was born June 28, 1932 in Tower Hill, IL, the son of Fred and Marie Connolly Murray. Fred had been in Anna and Southern Illinois for more than 20 years, and he worked as a farmhand. Fred is survived by his nephew: John Murray and wife Debby, Pana, IL; great niece: Jaimie Murray, Pana, IL; sisters: Betty Coleman, Pana, IL and Beulah Peifer, Tower Hill, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Marilyn Maton on January 12, 2000; and brother, Max Murray. Funeral Information Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in Myers Cemetery, Herrick, Illinois.
